Lemsa Terms of Service

1. Who these Terms bind

These Terms form a binding contract between you (the "User") and Lemsa FZ-LLC ("Lemsa", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Lemsa app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Lemsa is, and isn't

Lemsa is an online marketplace that helps you discover and book exclusive treatment packages offered by independent, licensed UAE clinics ("Clinics"). Lemsa is not a healthcare provider, does not employ the practitioners, and does not give medical advice. The contract for any treatment is between you and the Clinic. Lemsa is a contractual facilitator only.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract under UAE law, and using the app for yourself or someone you are legally authorised to book on behalf of.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately at support@lemsa.ae if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud, or are used to circumvent the app (for example, by contacting clinics off-platform to avoid commission).

4. Bookings and payments

When you book a package, the price shown includes VAT where applicable. You authorise Lemsa and our payment partner (Telr) to charge your selected payment method for the total. We confirm the booking only after payment is successfully captured. You will receive a booking code and QR that the Clinic will scan on arrival.

Packages on Lemsa must be exclusive — cheaper than the Clinic's own walk-in price. If you are ever charged more at the Clinic than you paid on Lemsa, report it to us within seven days and we will refund the difference.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel any confirmed booking directly in the app. The refund depends on timing relative to your appointment.

More than 24 hours before the appointment: 100 % refund to the original payment method within five business days. Between 24 hours and two hours before: 50 % refund. Under two hours before, or no-show: no refund. A Clinic may publish stricter or more lenient policies for specific packages; the per-package policy is always shown before you book and, if it conflicts with this Section, controls.

If the Clinic cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a 100 % refund plus AED 25 Lemsa credit.

6. Behaviour at the Clinic

You will arrive on time, answer truthfully any medical history questions the Clinic asks, and follow the Clinic's pre- and post-treatment instructions. Lemsa is not responsible for outcomes that arise from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide to the Clinic.

7. Reviews

Only verified bookings can leave reviews. Reviews must be honest, first-hand, and written in good faith. We remove reviews that contain abuse, defamation, medical advice, or impersonation.

8. Creator program (Deals tab)

If you connect an Instagram or TikTok account with a combined total of at least 10,000 followers, you become eligible for the creator Deals tab. The Clinic and the creator contract directly when a deal is matched, and Lemsa is not a party to that contract. You must disclose paid partnerships in accordance with UAE influencer regulations (National Media Council licensing and disclosure rules).

9. Intellectual property

The Lemsa name, logo, and app are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell access to, or build derivative marketplaces from the app. Content you upload (reviews, photos) remains yours; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the app for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising out of these Terms in any rolling twelve-month period is limited to the total amount you paid Lemsa during that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or fraud.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, use the service fraudulently, or persistently no-show. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Privacy & security.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. Consumer-protection rights granted by UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 are not excluded by this clause.
