Bookings

How do I book a package?

Open the app, pick a treatment category, choose a clinic, select a date and time, pay in-app with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card. Your confirmation includes a QR code to show at reception.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes — at checkout, toggle "Someone else" and enter their name and phone. We send the QR to both of you. They bring photo ID matching the name.

Where's my booking confirmation?

In the Bookings tab. You'll also get a push notification + email + SMS (if enabled in Profile → Notifications).

Do clinics confirm my booking manually?

Most slots are auto-confirmed when you pay. Some complex treatments (implants, programs) require a 2-hour clinic review first — you'll see "Pending" on the booking.

Payments & refunds

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancel up to 24 hours before — full refund automatically within 5 business days. 24h–2h before: 50 % refund. Under 2h or no-show: non-refundable. If the clinic cancels, you get a full refund + AED 25 credit.

How long does a refund take?

Up to 5 business days to your original payment method. If you paid with card, check with your issuer — some UAE banks hold refunds for 24-48 hours before posting.

Is my card data safe?

Your card number never touches Lemsa servers. It's processed by Telr (PCI-DSS Level 1) and we only see the last four digits. 3D Secure is enforced on every transaction.

Do you accept Apple Pay / Google Pay?

Yes. Both available at checkout. Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint confirms the payment.

Clinics & trust

How are clinics verified?

Every clinic's license is checked against the DHA, DOH, or MOHAP registry before going live, and re-verified yearly. We also mystery-shop to enforce exclusive pricing.

Are the reviews real?

Only verified bookings can leave reviews — we scan the QR at the clinic and match it to your app. No paid reviews, no bot farms, and clinics can't remove reviews they don't like.

Does Lemsa give medical advice?

No. Lemsa is a marketplace. Please consult the clinic directly about risks, contraindications, and expected outcomes. See our healthcare disclaimer.

Creators & Deals

How do I unlock the Deals tab?

Sign in with Instagram or TikTok in the app (or connect them later in Profile → Creator program). When your combined follower count is 10,000+, the Deals tab appears at the bottom of the app.

Does Lemsa take a cut of my deals?

+

No. At launch, the creator program is free — we don't take a fee, commission, or cut. Clinics and creators contract directly in-app.

Do I need to disclose the collaboration?

+

Yes. UAE influencer regulations (National Media Council) require you to disclose paid or barter partnerships. We bake #ad / #paidpartnership reminders into the deal brief.

Clinic partners

How do I list my clinic on Lemsa?

Email partners@lemsa.ae with your trade license. We review within 2 business days and, if approved, set you up on the dashboard to add packages.

What commission does Lemsa charge?

+

15 % of the gross booking value on the standard plan. Lemsa Pro (AED 50/month) drops that to 5 % and adds featured placement. You only pay commission on completed bookings — no listing fees.

When do I get paid?

Weekly, by IBAN transfer, every Sunday. You see the settlement report in the dashboard before it's sent.
